Request MenuLens data deletion
This page explains how a MenuLens user can request deletion of app data controlled by Damen-C.
Submit a request
- Email us from an address where you can receive our reply.
- Use the subject MenuLens data deletion request.
- State that you want MenuLens-controlled data associated with your use of the app deleted. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, identity documents, or menu photos.
- We may ask for limited information available in the app to locate the anonymous records and prevent unauthorized deletion.
What will be deleted
After we can verify and locate the request, we will delete or anonymize associated MenuLens-controlled anonymous identity, quota, entitlement, and support data. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
What you can delete on your device
Use MenuLens’s history-clear control to remove revealed-dish history. You can remove other local app data and cached images through Android’s app-storage settings or by uninstalling MenuLens.
Information that may remain
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Google Play independently maintains purchase and subscription records under Google’s policies.
Subscription reminder: Deleting MenuLens data does not cancel MenuLens Pro. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play to stop future renewal.
